We have weekday hours in all three offices M-F from 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Advice nurses are available after hours at the number listed below by office and they will contact the doctor on-call as needed.Effective Oactober 15, 2011 there is a $15 charge to speak with the advice nurse, in most cases. In addition, one of our offices is open every Saturday from 9:00-11:00am for drop-in urgent care with all phone calls directed to the nurse advice line.
Appointments
To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits and will always try to make your appointments with the clinician of your choice. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment. Same Day Appointment - We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time, early morning if possible, so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting. If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
Emergencies
If an emergency should arise, please call 911. Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, or labored breathing. In the case of minor emergencies please call our office for further instructions.
Well Child Visits
To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular checkups, along with their shot records. We recommend that you call at least 2 weeks in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs. Cancelling an appointment
We require 8 business hours advance notice if you must cancel an appointment or you will be charged at least a $35 fee for the time we could have given to some other child.
Insurance
Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for the co-pay at the time of visit, along with any deductibles and co-insurance that are due. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or there are issues with your insurance company that we cannot resolve, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.
